Our Street-to-Leadership Pipeline is a transformative grassroots initiative that turns engaged citizens into powerful community advocates. We actively engage with people on the issues that matter most to their neighborhoods, identifying passionate individuals and equipping them with the skills, resources, and support to become effective local leaders.

Trained over 3,000 community leaders to date
Registered more than 5,000 voters since 2017
Inspired the creation of 4 nonprofits founded by former Houston Justice volunteers
We prioritize hiring Black and Brown people from our targeted neighborhoods as designers, printers, and consultants, ensuring that our leadership development is rooted in lived experiences and cultural understanding. This approach not only nurtures the next generation of leaders but also invests in the economic empowerment of communities of color.
