Role: Community Organizer
As a Community Organizer with Houston Justice, you'll:
Connect with the public at various events
Distribute literature and door hangers
Participate in phone and text banking campaigns
Potentially lead phone/text banks or literature drop teams
We're looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable with both in-person and virtual work environments. No specific qualifications or skills are required - we'll provide all the necessary training!

Step 3: Training
Successful interviewees will participate in a brief but comprehensive training program, which includes:

Video presentations on key topics
Each section of the training is followed by a quiz to ensure you've grasped the essential information.
Step 4: Schedule Selection
Once you've completed the training successfully, you'll gain access to our online Paid Contractor Calendar. Here, you can select work dates that fit your schedule.
The entire application process typically takes less than three days from start to finish.
